Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) – Interior Sector
Location: Jayanagar 5th Block, Bengaluru
Salary: Based on interview performance and experience
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth in the interior design segment. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in the interior segment
Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable solutions
Convert leads into successful projects and achieve sales targets
Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project delivery
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Track market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
5–10 years of experience in business development/sales (interior or real estate preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to handle clients and close deals independently
Basic knowledge of interior design processes is an advantage
Self-motivated and target-driven
