Passionate about data, we pride ourselves on turning ideas into actionable insights. Role Description Key Responsibilities 1. IT Vendor Acquisition & Partnership Development Identify, evaluate, and onboard IT vendors, technology partners, and service collaborators. Build and maintain a vendor ecosystem for resource outsourcing, project collaboration, and skill-based partnerships. Negotiate vendor agreements, commercials, SLAs, and compliance requirements. 2. New Client Acquisition (Hunting Role) Identify and convert new business opportunities in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, AI/ML, and Software Development domains. Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email campaigns, events, referrals, and industry networks. Build a strong lead pipeline and ensure consistent revenue generation. 3. Sales Strategy & Market Expansion Conduct market intelligence to identify new verticals, geographies, and enterprise prospects. Develop target lists and GTM plans for enterprise and mid-market clients. Present company capabilities, run demos with technical teams, and lead negotiation cycles. 4. Proposal, Commercials & Contracting Coordinate with tech and delivery teams for proposals, SOWs, project estimations, and solution decks. Handle pricing, contract structuring, RFP participation, and deal closure. Maintain a high conversion rate from lead to contract signing. 5. Relationship Management Build long-term partnerships with clients, vendors, and strategic collaborators. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, project onboarding discussions, and renewals. Ensure customer satisfaction to drive repeat and referral business. Required Experience & Skills Experience Criteria Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Business Development, Vendor Management, or Client Acquisition . Proven experience in selling IT projects / data analytics services to domestic or international clients. Strong network in IT staffing, vendor ecosystems, and outsourcing partners. Technical Understanding Familiarity with: Data Engineering (ETL, Big Data, Pipelines) BI & Reporting (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) IT services outsourcing / staff augmentation Ability to translate technical solutions into business value. Sales Skills Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Strong experience in closing enterprise deals and building partnerships. Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex contracting. Tools Knowledge LinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM systems (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce) MS Office, proposal tools Vendor evaluation frameworks
