Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager specializing in the Hotels & Hospitality industry. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and developing strong client relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive revenue growth while strategically expanding the organization’s market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Proven experience in Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Negotiation
• Knowledge of the Hotels & Hospitality industry, including trends, key players, and operational practices
• Excellent Communication, Networking, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and data-driven decision-making
• Experience with international markets is a plus
