Business Development Manager – Container Logistics

Location: New Patel Nagar, New Delhi

Apace Transco Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager for its asset-based logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating direct business for the company’s fleet of 150+ owned flatbed trailers (20ft & 40ft), expanding corporate client relationships, and ensuring maximum fleet utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate transportation business from manufacturers, exporters, importers, CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics clients

• Develop direct corporate accounts for container transportation services

• Ensure high fleet utilization and revenue growth

• Identify new business opportunities and profitable routes

• Maintain long-term client relationships and coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation sales, fleet sales, or logistics business development

• Strong knowledge of container transportation and trailer operations

• Existing network in logistics and transportation industry preferred

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client handling skills

• Self-driven and target-oriented professional

Preferred Industry Experience:

Container Transportation | Trailer Operations | Port Logistics | Freight & Cargo Transportation
