Role: Business Development
Location: Noida
Experience: 5+ years of IT industry experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate new‑logo acquisition and expansion growth across assigned U.S. Mid‑Market accounts., with clear ownership of net‑new pipeline generation and revenue closure.
- Establish HCLTech as a trusted transformation partner by shaping early‑stage demand and elevating conversations beyond cost or delivery to business outcomes.
- Deeply penetrate target accounts and industries, uncovering whitespace opportunities across Infrastructure, Applications, Engineering, and digital-led offerings.
- Design and execute territory‑specific go‑to‑market plays, translating industry insights into scalable deal motions and multi‑year growth plans.
- Lead C‑suite and Board‑level conversations, positioning HCLTech around modernization, cloud transformation, and enterprise resilience.
- Act as the deal quarterback, aligning internal solution leaders, delivery teams, and leadership sponsors to deliver differentiated, value‑led proposals.
- Activate and co‑sell with the partner ecosystem (ISVs, GSIs, AWS, Azure, GCP) to accelerate demand creation, improve win rates, and expand deal size.
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and data‑driven decision‑making aligned to revenue commitments.
Professional Competencies & Experience:
- Growth mindset self‑starter with the energy and resilience to build business where it doesn’t yet exist.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving orientation, with a consultative selling style and passion for digital and cloud‑led transformation.
- 5+ years of success in enterprise or mid‑market technology services sales, selling experience‑led solutions in Digital, Infrastructure, AI or Cloud.
- Deep understanding of Infrastructure Services, Application Services, and Engineering Services and how they drive client business outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder pursuits across geographically distributed teams.
- Executive presence with the credibility to influence CIOs, Technology Heads, Portfolio Leaders, and senior business stakeholders.
