Job Overview -
We are hiring a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager to build partnerships and increase patient footfall through field visits and collaborations.
Industry - Hospitals and Health Care
Employment Type - Full-time
Salary - ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month + Incentives
Experience - 2 to 6 years
Looking for an immediate joiner
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit salons, clinics, and spas to promote our services
- Build strong partnerships and generate referrals
- Identify new leads and grow the local network
- Explain services clearly and handle basic queries
- Follow up with partners to ensure regular patient flow
- Maintain daily reports of visits and leads
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (English preferred)
- Confident, presentable, and proactive
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills
- Willing to travel locally
Requirements:
- 3+ years in Sales / Business Development
- Freshers with good communication can apply
Salary:
- Fixed + performance-based incentives
