Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Responsibilities include market research, sales strategy development, proposal preparation, client presentations, CRM management, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. The role also requires regular client meetings, networking, and participation in industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, and client acquisition.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and develop growth strategies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience in events, experiential marketing, travel, hospitality, or related industries is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Based in Ahmedabad and willing to travel for client meetings and events as required.
