Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic, self-driven, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth in PCB Layout Design, DFX, NPI, and EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services). The role focuses on new business development, government & enterprise client engagement, and revenue generation within the electronics design and manufacturing ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our footprint across R&D, Automotive, Aerospace, Defence, Medical, and IT Infrastructure sectors, while supporting the company’s overall sales and marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities within the electronics, PCB , EMS, and assembly domains
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for multiple product lines through market research, competitive analysis, pricing strategies, and business planning
• Drive lead generation and deal closure across private enterprises and Government R&D center (PAN India) for PCB Layout Design, EMS, and Engineering Analysis services
• Participate in bids, tenders, and proposals, including submissions via the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets, ensuring repeat and long-term business

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate (Electronics / Electrical / Related discipline preferred) OR any graduate with relevant experience in PCB Design, EMS, or Electronics Manufacturing sales
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in PCB Design sales, EMS business development, or electronics manufacturing sales & marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
