Primary Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the exhibitions and events industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking and cold calling
- Prepare and deliver presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
- Proven record for sales target completion
Client Servicing:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client needs and objectives to propose tailored event and exhibition solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., design, operations, finance) to ensure client requirements are met.
- Manage client expectations, ensuring clear communication regarding timelines, deliverables, and budget.
Project Coordination:
- Oversee the planning and execution of events and exhibitions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collection of payments from clients
- Reporting and provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, sales targets, and client feedback.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather insights and assess overall performance against objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Min. Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in business development and client servicing, preferably within the exhibitions and events industry.
