Job Description

  • Business Development Manager - ELV – Bangalore

Location: Bangalore (with frequent travel to other cities/regions) | Industry: Electronic Security System Integration_

*Key Responsibilities*

  • Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and other channels
  • Research and prospect new business opportunities within assigned market segments
  • Set appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns targeting decision-makers
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; conduct needs assessments for lead handover
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts and execute strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Conduct market analysis and segmentation to identify niche growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM and provide regular KPI reports

*Qualifications*

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Electronic Security Industry
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
