Job Description

Business Development Manager - ELV – Bangalore

Location: Bangalore (with frequent travel to other cities/regions) | Industry: Electronic Security System Integration_

*Key Responsibilities*

Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach via calls, emails, and other channels
Research and prospect new business opportunities within assigned market segments
Set appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns targeting decision-makers
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline; conduct needs assessments for lead handover
Develop accurate sales forecasts and execute strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
Conduct market analysis and segmentation to identify niche growth opportunities
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in CRM and provide regular KPI reports

*Qualifications*

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Electronic Security Industry
Proven experience in sales or business development roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales automation tools is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
