JOB SUMMARY


We are seeking an experienced, dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, develop sales strategies, and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, and achieving sales targets while building strong client relationships.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.

• Identify and generate new business opportunities for EV charging station installations.

• Make outbound calls to potential customers, investors, and business partners.

• Explain the EV charging station setup opportunity and business model offered by the company.

• Generate and qualify leads for potential partnerships and installations.

• Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into clients.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in the system.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and customer onboarding.

• Assist in preparation, documentation, and coordination for Government Tenders and GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal processes.

• Prepare quarterly as well as Annual sales reports and performance updates for management.


REQUIRED SKILLS


• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of sales processes and business development strategies.

• Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.

• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

• Customer relationship management skills.


QUALIFICATION


Minimum Qualification: Graduate or Above

Experience: 2–5 years of experience in sales or business development preferred.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
