We're looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Manager to fuel our next phase of growth with creative services. You'll be the bridge between opportunity and execution, identifying prospects, building relationships, closing deals, and helping us scale sustainably. This role is ideal for someone who understands agency dynamics, thinks commercially, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and industry intelligence.
  • Build relationships with marketing heads, founders, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client challenges and map them to our marketing and tech capabilities.
  • Own the pitch: craft decks, write proposals, and present with conviction.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and manage contract cycles.
  • Maintain a clean, updated CRM with pipelines, targets, and notes.
  • Stay plugged into marketing trends, tools, and business models.
  • Represent TalkXO at events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate internally with creative, marketing, and strategy teams for pre-sales.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development or consultative sales (preferably at an agency, SaaS, or multimedia services firm).
  • Strong understanding of marketing services and digital ecosystems.
  • Stellar communication and presentation skills.
  • A consultative approach to building client relationships.
  • Hustle, hunger, and a self-starting mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields (preferred).
