π― Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and relationship management in the contingent staffing domain. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in workforce solutions, strong industry networks, and the ability to deliver measurable business impact through strategic sales initiatives.
π Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Growth
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in contingent staffing.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR leaders, procurement teams, and hiring managers.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce solutions.
- Sales & Revenue Targets
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Market Intelligence
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
- Provide insights to shape service offerings and pricing strategies.
- Collaboration
- Partner with recruitment delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Align business development with operational capabilities.
π Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development within Domestic staffing, recruitment is Mandatory.
- Strong understanding of contingent staffing models (contract staffing, temp-to-hire, project-based) is Mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build C-level relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
π Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Familiarity with HR tech platforms and staffing compliance regulations is an advantage.
