Craftkala (Furniture Manufacturing, Gurgaon) Location: Gurgaon Experience: 2?7 years in B2B sales Salary: ?25,000??35,000 per month + performance incentives Industry: Furniture, Interiors, Hospitality, Projects, Custom Manufacturing Craftkala is a growing furniture manufacturing brand with a modern factory, experienced craftsmen, and a strong product range. We are expanding our B2B network and looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive sales with interior designers, architects, hotels, builders, and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities ? Generate new B2B leads through field visits, calls, WhatsApp outreach, and LinkedIn ? Build long-term relationships with interior designers, architects, hotels, and builders ? Visit client locations and present Craftkala?s products and capabilities ? Bring clients for factory visits and close deals with strong follow-ups ? Understand custom furniture requirements and coordinate with production ? Prepare quotations and maintain a structured sales pipeline ? Achieve monthly sales targets and report weekly performance Required Skills ? Strong field sales experience ? Good communication and negotiation skills ? Ability to handle custom orders and project sales ? Experience in furniture, interiors, real estate, or hospitality is preferred ? Comfortable with daily client visits across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR ?
