Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic Business Development Manager with proven experience in the L&D and coaching sector. You will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing strategic relationships, and positioning our solutions to organizations seeking top-tier coaching programs. Key Responsibilities: Identify, engage, and convert enterprise clients for coaching and L&D solutions. Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR leaders, and decision-makers. Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and solutions. Conduct presentations, demos, and workshops to prospective clients. Monitor sales metrics, track pipeline, and forecast revenue opportunities. Stay updated on trends in L&D, coaching, and corporate learning to position the company as a thought leader. Required Qualifications: Mandatory: 3?5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships specifically at companies like Simply.coach, Torch.io, Vani.coach, AntWalk, GrowthSpace, BetterUp, CoachHub, or similar L&D/coaching organizations. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in B2B enterprise environments. Strong network within corporate L&D, HR, or executive coaching circles. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
