Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e-waste and recycling sector.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, service providers, and corporate customers.
• Drive business growth through sector-wise market development and client acquisition.
• Handle B2B sales and partnership development for IT hardware, telecom, and mobility-related products/services.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in service provider background or related industries.
• Prior exposure to E-Waste Industry, IT Hardware, Telecom, or Mobility Industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Language Preference: Tamil & English (Hindi optional).
• Willingness to travel across North & West parts of Tamil Nadu.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in business development or sales.
• Experience in recycling, telecom, hardware, or allied industries will be preferred.
