Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, presenting business proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive company growth.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in market research and industry trend analysis
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
- Proficient in CRM software and other tools for client management and tracking
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the consumer goods or eco-friendly products sector
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
