We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Development Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to support business growth, client development, and revenue initiatives. Candidates from an architectural background will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
* Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
* Support business expansion strategies and coordinate with internal teams.
* Engage with clients to understand requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
* Participate in sales meetings, client pitches, and negotiations.
* Track industry trends and provide insights for improving sales and marketing strategies.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide weekly/monthly reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
* Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.
* Understanding of sales funnels, lead generation, and customer engagement.
