Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Faridabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. Primary tasks include creating business plans, preparing proposals, leading negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company objectives. The role also involves conducting market research, identifying new markets, and enhancing the company’s market presence in the HSE and risk management sectors.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, and partnership building.
  • Experience band of 2-5 yrs.
  • Strong knowledge of consulting background in HSE Risk Management, Safety Services, and Sustainability services with a strong understanding of industrial and environmental safety.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with market research, strategic planning, and preparing business proposals.
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and maintaining long-term professional ties.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment, ensuring the achievement of business goals.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
