Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager (BDM) Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for growth and partnerships? We're hiring a Business Development Manager to join our ambitious team!!!!!! Location: Asansol Salary: 2.16 LPA Experience: 3?8 years (Franchise Development / Retail Trade / Alliances) What You?ll Do: Franchise Growth: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to expand our business footprint. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders. Strategic Alliances: Initiate and manage tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations that drive growth and brand visibility. Market Research: Conduct research to spot new opportunities in the retail and healthcare sectors. Partner Support: Assist franchise partners with business planning, operations, and performance optimization. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and partner support. Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth by meeting franchise acquisition and strategic alliance goals. Industry Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking forums. Experience in Franchise Development: Proven track record in franchise appointment, expansion, and management. Retail & Alliances Expertise: Strong background in retail trade and building business alliances. Healthcare Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Prior exposure to the medical or healthcare domain is a plus. Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Result-Oriented Mindset: Self-starter with a goal-driven approach and the ability to work independently. Willing to Travel: Comfortable with frequent travel for business development activities. Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field MBA preferred, but not mandatory Why Join Us?
