🚀 We're hiring: Business Development Manager (Manufacturing Solutions)
📍 On-site Belagavi | Full-time
We're Ajinkya Technologies, and we build software that runs on the factory floor not just in the boardroom.
490+ manufacturing clients across India, Dubai & Singapore already trust us with attendance, workforce, machine data, and defect-detection, solutions like Ankastra. Now we're looking for someone to take that further.
We are a growing company. That means real momentum and real challenges. Processes are still being built. You'll wear multiple hats. There's no giant playbook waiting for you but there's ownership, speed, and the chance to shape how we sell.
What you'll do:
→ Hunt for new business across manufacturing, automotive, foundry & industrial segments
→ Walk the plant floor, understand real pain points, and turn them into deals
→ Build relationships with plant heads, ops leaders, and CXOs
→ Negotiate, close, and own your pipeline end-to-end
Who we're looking for:
✅ A proven B2B closer (manufacturing/SaaS sales = big plus)
✅ Genuinely curious about how factories run
✅ Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable building clarity out of ambiguity
✅ Someone who sees a challenge and leans in
Manufacturing in India is transforming. The factories that digitize now will lead the next decade and you'll be the one putting those tools in their hands.
