Role Description The Business Development Manager (Advertisement) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, particularly within the advertising and recruitment services space, and for expanding the company’s client portfolio. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to design promotional campaigns, optimizing advertising strategies, and tracking market trends to inform sales plans. The Business Development Manager is expected to meet revenue targets, prepare regular performance reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of service offerings.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in advertising, recruitment, consulting, or related services.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and contract closing, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Understanding of advertising and marketing concepts, including campaign planning, promotional activities, and brand positioning.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and develop growth strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong command of English; proficiency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Solid organizational, planning, and time-management abilities, with a focus on meeting targets and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, HR, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, with readiness for client meetings, events, and local travel as needed.
- High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory business practices.
