Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. The role will also involve market research, competitive analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver customized communication solutions tailored to client needs. The candidate will represent the company at industry events, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction is met at all stages of client engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Revenue Growth
  • Strong skills in Market Research, Competitive Analysis, and Client Relationship Building
  • Ability to lead and negotiate contracts, and manage customer acquisition
  • Familiarity with cloud telephony, SaaS, or CCaaS solutions is a strong plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the technology or telecommunication industry preferred
