Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Panchkula. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and executing strategies to drive revenue growth. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and creating proposals to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing teams to effectively position the Skinkanti Ayurveda brand and expand its market presence.
Qualifications
- Business Development and Market Research skills, including identifying growth opportunities and analyzing market trends.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management experience to drive revenue and build client partnerships.
- Strategic Planning and Proposal Development skills to craft and implement business strategies effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics software to track performance metrics and optimize sales processes.
- Ability to work in an on-site environment and collaborate with teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field; an MBA is a plus.
- Prior experience in the health and wellness industry or knowledge of Ayurveda is an advantage.
