Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Chandigarh. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing strong client relationships, and developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include market research, lead generation, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. The candidate will also play an integral role in identifying market trends and contributing to the organization’s growth strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management.
- Strong skills in Market Research, Lead Generation, and Strategic Planning.
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and an aptitude for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience in the animal feed or agricultural industry is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
