Business Development Manager – Leadership & Capability Consulting
Pune | Hyderabad | 7–10 Years | ₹10–12 LPA Fixed + Incentives
We are hiring on behalf of a well-established, founder-led consulting and leadership development firm with a strong enterprise client base across banking, manufacturing, pharma, fintech, and EPC sectors in India.
This is not a product sales role. This is consultative, relationship-first business development — where you are selling capability transformation, leadership journeys, and strategic HR solutions to CXOs and CHROs of large enterprises.
What the role involves:
- Building and managing enterprise accounts across Pune or Hyderabad
- Engaging with CXOs, HR leaders, and business heads at a strategic level
- Converting long-form consultative conversations into multi-year mandates
- Co-creating proposals with founders and senior mentors
- Strengthening regional market presence and ecosystem connects
Who I am looking for:
- 7–10 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably from HR solutions, L&D platforms, EdTech B2B, SaaS, or consulting/advisory sales backgrounds
- Strong CXO engagement and relationship-building capability
- Consultative selling approach — you build trust before you pitch
- Commercially sharp, organised, and high on accountability
- Based in Pune or Hyderabad, or willing to relocate
