Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager to join our team in Lucknow. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence. You will engage with potential clients to showcase Zencia.AI's innovative solutions, negotiate deals, and create tailored business strategies to meet client needs. The role requires regular collaboration with internal teams, market research, and participation in business events to establish and maintain a strong industry network.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Analytical Skills for Market Research and Opportunity Identification
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation Skills
• Basic understanding of Voice AI, Automation Technologies, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Proven track record of achieving sales and business growth targets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Experience in enterprise technology, B2B sales, or industries such as healthcare, finance, or telecom is a plus
