This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include market research, creating business proposals, and building long-lasting partnerships with clients. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business goals and strategies for maximum impact.
- Proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in market research and strategy development
- Understanding of AI, IoT, and digital solutions such as mobile and web applications
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams to align business objectives
- Proficiency in documentation and proposal writing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the technology or software industry is a plus
