Renowned for its comprehensive database on Indian real estate trends, it monitors over 20,000 live projects across 65+ cities. With expertise in valuation, risk assessment, forecasting, and feasibility studies, Liases Foras serves a diverse clientele including leading mortgage companies, developers, government bodies, and international research organizations. Its innovative approaches, such as price determination theories and forecasting models, aim to bring increased transparency to the sector. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying business growth opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing sales pipelines. Key responsibilities include developing business strategies, preparing sales and marketing plans, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research to drive organizational growth. Collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-based solutions and maintaining client satisfaction will also be part of the role.
- Business Development and Sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
- Experience in market research and strategic planning
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
- Knowledge of the real estate sector or similar industry would be advantageous
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
