Location: Field based role covering - Widnes, St Helens and Birkenhead

To drive profitable sales growth by actively winning new business, developing key customer relationships and consistently exceeding performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Building powerful relationships with existing customer's and becoming their go-to partner.
- Actively hunting for new business opportunities and opening doors across your territory.
- Driving sales performance and consistently exceeding targets.
- Representing the business within the local market, including customer visits.
- Working closely with branch teams to deliver outstanding service.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
- A self-starter with a genuine hunger to succeed.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- High levels of energy, enthusiasm, and resilience.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- A strong commercial awareness with a winning mindset.
- Experience in the building merchant or construction industry (ideal but not essential).
- All applicants must have a full UK driving license.
