We are expanding our Business Development team to strengthen the conversion of high-quality inbound leads generated by our marketing engine.


Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and ultimately into clients.

This role sits at the intersection of marketing and leasing, ensuring that prospective clients receive timely engagement, professional site tours, and clear proposal follow-ups that lead to successful conversions.


The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing the full lead-to-client journey, including discovery calls, client meetings, site visits, and commercial discussions.


Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Development / Sales experience in commercial real estate.
  • Proven experience conducting client meetings and site visits for office leasing or workspace solutions.


Skills

  • Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand workspace requirements and present solutions
  • Experience handling inbound leads and managing a structured sales pipeline
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and reporting


Location Requirement

  • Candidate should be based in Gurgaon or nearby areas to support regular client meetings and site visits.
