🔯 Position- Business Development Leader
🔯 Location :- Bangalore
🔯 Experience :- 8+ years
🔯 Salary :- Upto 10 LPA
🔯 Education :- BE in Mechanical Engineering
Key Responsibilities:-
🔆 Business expansion – Identify new segments, partnerships, market trends
🔆 Sales execution – Manage high-value clients, align sales & marketing initiatives
🔆 Market analysis – Optimize pricing, product mix, competitor tracking
🔆 Techno-commercial offers – Tender handling, e-bids, customer portal uploads
🔆 Customer coordination – Work with engineers, production, quality & design teams
🔆 Global collaboration – Coordinate with USA principals & subsidiaries
🔆 Client engagement – OEMs, government sectors, exhibitions
🔆 Reporting – Prepare and analyze sales reports
Core Competencies: -
🔆 Strategic planning – market analysis, growth strategies
🔆 Relationship management – networking, partnerships, client handling
🔆 Communication – negotiation, storytelling, presentation
🔆 Techno-commercial expertise – estimating/costing, tender handling, pre & post order execution
