Business Development Lead — Kraft Concepts
We're a B2B creative + tech studio. Past work includes Bajaj Finserv, Eureka Forbes, Hershey's, Casio, and IMDb. We're hiring someone to own how we grow next.
The role
Run BD end-to-end. Find brands, get in the room, pitch, close. You own the pipeline, the numbers, the playbook. You report to the founder directly.
You won't pitch alone. Full team behind you — strategy, creative, tech, whatever the deal needs. You bring the opportunity, we bring the firepower.
Real talk
We're small and pushing hard. If you're closing, take the leaves and hours you want — no one's counting. If the pipeline is dry, it's 24x7 until it's not. Saying it upfront so the right person self-selects in.
You
- Minimum 4 years in agency BD or growth
- Sold creative, digital, martech, or tech services before
- Comfortable with CMOs, brand managers, founders
- Write well — decks, emails, proposals
- Like the scoreboard
Not you
- Inbound-only closers
- Need structure handed to you
- Resent intensity when things are slow
