Nexus International is a growing Import–Export and International Trade Consultancy based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra. We help businesses connect with domestic and international buyers through export marketing, sourcing, market research, and trade support services.
Our mission is to build long-term business relationships through professionalism, transparency, and smart business strategies.
This internship is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in Business Development, B2B Sales, International Trade, or Export Marketing.
You will work on real business opportunities by interacting with companies, generating qualified leads, understanding customer requirements, and supporting live export projects. This is a practical, learning-focused internship where you'll gain hands-on exposure to the complete B2B sales process.
Note: This is a 6-month internship. To receive an Experience Letter and Internship Certificate, interns must successfully complete the entire internship duration. No Experience Letter or Certificate will be issued to candidates who leave the internship before completion.🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through online research and business directories.
- Contact potential clients through phone calls, email, and WhatsApp.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain professional communication.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM or Excel databases.
- Assist in preparing quotations and business proposals.
- Support domestic and international business development activities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally during client interactions.
We're looking for candidates who:
- Have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
- Are confident speaking with business clients over phone and email.
- Have basic knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar applications.
- Are eager to learn sales, negotiation, and business communication.
- Possess basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, internet research).
- Are proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative.
- Are pursuing or have completed BBA, B.Com, MBA, Marketing, International Business, or related programs.
- B2B sales and lead generation techniques.
- Export business processes and international trade fundamentals.
- Professional client communication and negotiation skills.
- CRM and sales pipeline management.
- Market research and business opportunity analysis.
- Practical use of AI tools to improve productivity and business communication.
- Real-world experience working with an import–export company.
- Work on live business projects.
- Learn directly from experienced professionals.
- Build practical sales and business development skills.
- Receive an Internship Certificate and Experience Letter upon successful completion of the 6-month internship.
- High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position.
