Position Overview

Gramik is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Bsc. Agriculture students to join as Business Development Interns. The role involves connecting with farmers, understanding their concerns, assisting in sales and marketing activities, and supporting business expansion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Calling and connecting with farmers on a regular basis
- Understanding and listing farmers’ concerns and requirements
- Maintaining proper records of farmer interactions and feedback
- Coordinating feedback with internal teams
- Assisting in sales and marketing pitch delivery
- Promoting company products/services to farmers
- Supporting business development strategies
- Building and maintaining strong farmer relationships

Stipend: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on performance)

PPO (Pre-Placement Offer): Based on Performance
