Business Development Intern

Position: Business Development Associate-Intern

Experience: Both Freshers and experienced candidates in IT services or digital transformation sales can apply

Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field

Role Highlights:

• Drive end-to-end sales for digital transformation services (AI, Cloud, App Modernization, Automation) 

• Generate and close B2B leads through inbound & outbound efforts 

• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders and present tailored tech solutions 

• Own pipeline management, proposals, forecasting, and revenue targets

Skills:

• Strong communication & negotiation 
• Proven B2B deal-closing ability 
• Comfortable with CRM tools, travel, and client interactions 
• Exposure to Cloud, AI/ML, Automation, or ERP is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related fields. 
• Experience working in a fast-paced IT startup or digital consulting firm. 
• Exposure to technologies like cloud (AWS/Azure), automation tools, AI/ML, or ERP platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to Cloud, AI/ML, Automation, or ERP is a plus.  

Remuneration-

• Internship: 4 months with a stipend ₹15k per month
• Full-Time Employment: Offered upon successful completion of internship and based on performance with an annual CTC of up to 3 LPA
