About The Role
The primary focus of this position is to identify, engage, and develop relationships with high net worth expatriate clients living and working globally. You will introduce prospective clients to the firm’s wealth management proposition and connect them with qualified Senior Financial Planners.
This role combines strategic research, proactive outreach, and strong sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target high net worth expatriate clients across global markets
- Conduct research to map corporate and socio-economic landscapes, identifying key prospects
- Engage potential clients via email, telephone, and in-person meetings
- Present the firm’s wealth proposition and generate qualified introductions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
- Stay informed on global financial markets and current affairs impacting clients
- Develop business through both direct outreach and referrals
The firm places strong emphasis on professional development and qualifications.
- Full support through the CISI qualification process
- Minimum standard of UK Level 4 Diploma across all advisers
- Access to an in-house Training Academy designed to develop future Financial Planners
- Opportunity to attend client meetings and receive direct mentorship from industry experts
- Clear pathway to transition into a Financial Planner role within approximately 6 months (subject to meeting requirements)
- Proven track record in proactive sales and business development
- Ability to generate leads and convert new business opportunities
- Comfortable working with high net worth individuals
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Confident, articulate, and professional communication style
- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and other business tools
- Ability to stay updated on market trends and financial news
- Experience using multiple platforms for prospecting beyond LinkedIn
