ManpowerGroup Hiring BDE for Reliance Fruit/Vegetables Division

• Job Overview

• A Business Development Executive (BDE) in B2B sales for a fruits and vegetables company focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying new clients, managing relationships, and meeting sales targets in the fresh produce sector. This role typically involves field sales targeting retailers, wholesalers, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafes), supermarkets, and aggregators, with an emphasis on perishable goods like fruits and vegetables. Responsibilities emphasize quick onboarding, supply chain execution, and achieving weekly/monthly quotas in competitive FMCG markets.

• Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new B2B customers such as kirana stores, wholesalers, hotels, and modern trade outlets while exploring untapped market segments. 

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business, handle collections, and upsell produce based on seasonal availability. 

• Develop sales strategies, negotiate contracts, conduct market research on commodities, and track performance against revenue goals using CRM tools. 

• Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with basic English proficiency and preferably knowledge of local languages like Kannada. 

• Any graduation or 12th pass, with 1-5 years’ experience; prior Fruits and vegetable business is Mandatory.

• Willingness for field travel, target-oriented mindset, and familiarity with agri-commodities or B2B channels like HoReCa.

• Salary upto 30K CTC plus 230/- Rs daily Allowance and attractive incentives.

• Work location: Bangalore East(in and Around Hoskote).
