Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual for the role of Business Development Executive. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Gurgaon. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building lasting relationships with clients, and supporting end-to-end investor and partner acquisition processes. The Business Development Executive will also engage in managing key accounts, delivering client pitches, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven approaches to track and manage sales pipelines is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with India's franchise and investment ecosystem is a plus.
