Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills with the ability to generate admissions and achieve monthly targets. Candidates with prior experience in educational institutions, training centers, or EdTech companies will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and convert student leads into admissions
- Handle inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and direct interactions
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and clients
- Follow up with prospective students regularly
- Coordinate with the marketing and counseling team for lead management
- Promote institutional courses, internships, and training programs
- Maintain daily reports and update lead status
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in educational institution sales/admissions preferred
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Experience in educational institutions, training institutes, or EdTech sector
- Previous experience in admission handling or student counseling is an advantage
