Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Bengaluru, with a compensation of up to 5.5 LPA. The role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, meeting prospective clients, and promoting Square Yard’s real estate offerings through regular client interactions and property presentations. The Business Development Executive will manage leads, follow up on inquiries, conduct site visits, and support clients through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closure. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of opportunities and client communications, collaborating with internal teams for smooth transaction processing, and achieving defined sales and revenue targets. The role also requires staying informed about local property trends and competitor activities to support effective business planning.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Proven ability in sales or business development, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Solid negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Comfort with on-site client meetings, property visits, and fieldwork in Bengaluru.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages in Bengaluru is an advantage.
