Role Description

This full-time hybrid role is based in Pattambi, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, managing client accounts, and effectively building long-term relationships with partners. Key responsibilities include creating innovative strategies to achieve sales targets, presenting solutions to prospective clients, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Account Management and establishing partnerships
  • Exceptional Communication skills for client presentations and relationship management
  • Understanding of Business development practices and market analysis
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and youth-focused campaigns is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Previous business development or sales experience preferred
