Role: Business Development Executive
Location: Hybrid
*Note: Unpaid training with strong prospects for full-time employment based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify, generate and qualify leads through various channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, and partners
- Convert potential leads into successful business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Assist in planning and executive sales and marketing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
- Master's degree, bachelor's degree or currently pursuing (MBA in any specialization)
- Fresher and students with 0 years experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Interest in sales, marketing, data analytics, and business development
