Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in New Delhi. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving lead generation initiatives, and building a robust pipeline of prospective clients in the aesthetic and dermatology sectors. The Business Development Executive will manage key accounts, maintain strong client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective solutions for partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and presentations, participating in client meetings and demonstrations, and supporting sales targets and revenue growth objectives. The role also requires accurate reporting of activities, maintaining CRM records, and collaborating with marketing to align campaigns with business development goals.
Qualifications
  • Strong new business development, lead generation, and pipeline-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of business fundamentals, sales processes, and commercial negotiations.
  • Effective communication skills, including presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in account management, client relationship development, and post-sales support.
  • Prior experience in medical devices, aesthetics, dermatology, or related healthcare technology sectors is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
