Company Description STEMROBO Technologies Ltd is a design and product company based in Noida, India, specializing in innovative electronic devices, software, methodologies, and IoT-based embedded solutions for the education sector. The company focuses on leveraging technology to enable students to learn, program, and experiment in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, and Robotics (STEM-Robotics). Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Delhi. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities in the education and technology sectors, including prospecting, lead generation, and nurturing relationships with schools, institutions, and partners. The Business Development Executive will conduct meetings and presentations, understand client needs, and propose suitable STEMROBO solutions to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, coordinating with internal teams for proposals and demonstrations, maintaining account records, and ensuring high standards of client communication and service. The role also requires monitoring market trends, participating in events or outreach activities, and providing feedback to support product and strategy improvement.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to manage pipelines, maintain client relationships, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, negotiations, and internal collaboration.
- Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in EdTech, technology, or education services.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, travel for client meetings, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis to track performance and prepare reports.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
