Qualifications

• Bachelors in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, ECE, B Pharmacy
• Fresher with Internship experience in same domain required
• Proactive attitude, passion for customer satisfaction and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job role

• Engage in regular follow-up calls with customers to understand their experience, address queries, and ensure product satisfaction.
• Work with the sales & marketing team to generate the potential leads.
• Visit hospitals and customer sites to conduct clinical pilots and gather valuable feedback for product improvement.
• Perform product demonstrations and installations for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and user understanding.
• Prepare and maintain all customer-related documentation and support post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and business development, to address client requirements and business objectives.
• Do analysis of the report of the product.
• Utilize analytical skills to process and interpret product and clinical data for insights and reporting.
• Engage in research activities and prepare comprehensive technical documentation to support product development and compliance.
