Qualifications
- Bachelors in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, ECE, B Pharmacy
- Fresher with Internship experience in same domain required
- Proactive attitude, passion for customer satisfaction and ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Includes field work.
- Engage in regular follow-up calls with customers to understand their experience, address queries, and ensure product satisfaction.
- Work with the sales & marketing team to generate the potential leads.
- Visit hospitals and customer sites to conduct clinical pilots and gather valuable feedback for product improvement.
- Perform product demonstrations and installations for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and user understanding.
- Prepare and maintain all customer-related documentation and support post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, operations, and business development, to address client requirements and business objectives.
- Do analysis of the report of the product.
- Utilize analytical skills to process and interpret product and clinical data for insights and reporting.
- Engage in research activities and prepare comprehensive technical documentation to support product development and compliance.
