Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nasik. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company offerings, contribute to strategic planning, and achieve sales targets. Effective communication and a proactive approach to expanding the company's portfolio of clients and partnerships are key aspects of the role.

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management for fostering client relationships and managing accounts
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey value propositions effectively
• Ability to identify market opportunities and contribute to the creation of strategic growth initiatives
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a focus on achieving business development objectives
• Prior experience in business development or sales is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
