We are looking for a smart, organised, and communication-driven Business Development Executive who can help us grow our school trip business, OTA portal sales, customer relationships, and overall travel enquiries.


About the Role

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for handling business enquiries, sending professional emails, coordinating with schools and clients, managing OTA portal sales, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer relationships.

This role is ideal for someone who is good at communication, follow-ups, coordination, and relationship building. The candidate should be comfortable speaking to schools, parents, vendors, hotels, and travel partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and online platforms
  • Draft emails, proposals, quotations, and follow-up messages
  • Manage leads for school trips, educational tours, group tours, and travel packages
  • Coordinate with schools, clients, hotels, vendors, and travel partners
  • Schedule meetings and support client communication
  • Manage OTA portal sales and related enquiries
  • Build customer relationships throughout the booking process
  • Maintain enquiry records, client data, sales pipeline, and booking status reports
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with the team


Must-Have Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, customer relations, travel, hospitality, or a similar field
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
  • Good email drafting and follow-up skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and CRM/lead tracking tools
  • Organised, responsible, and proactive with daily follow-ups
  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and client relationships at once


Good to Have

  • Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, school trips, events, or OTA sales
  • Knowledge of OTA platforms and travel booking portals
  • Existing network with schools, colleges, institutions, hotels, or travel partners
  • Basic understanding of social media, online enquiries, and digital sales platforms


Salary, Training & Growth

  • Salary will be between ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance
  • The first 3 months will be treated as a training/probation period
  • Proper training and guidance will be provided during the initial 3 months
  • After successful completion of training, the candidate may be confirmed for a permanent role
  • Salary increase will be considered after training, depending on performance, discipline, learning ability, and results
  • The candidate may also get opportunities to travel with school trips, depending on business requirements and performance


Work Mode & Timings

  • Full time
  • Flexible working hours
  • Candidate must be available for meetings, client calls, school visits, follow-ups, and internal coordination
