Business Development Executive

We're Hiring | Business Development Executive (BDE) - Bangalore

SAYZO is building India's AI-powered professional task marketplace, where businesses and professionals get skilled work done in minutes. As we scale, we're looking for energetic, target-driven BDEs in Bangalore to grow our community on the ground.

Role: Business Development Executive Location: Bangalore (on-site / on-ground - this is not a remote role) Type: Full-time Compensation: Fixed base + performance-linked incentives, target-based [specify base + incentive split]

What you'll do:

• Onboard professionals and businesses onto the SAYZO platform through outbound calling and direct outreach
• Drive sign-ups and activations against monthly targets
• Guide new users through getting started and their first task
• Work closely with the growth team to hit acquisition goals

What we're looking for:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills, confident on the phone
• [1–3 years] in sales, BD, tele calling, or a customer-facing role (sharp freshers welcome)
• A self-motivated, target-driven mindset
• Based in Bangalore and able to work on-site
• Comfortable in [English / Hindi / Kannada]
