Role Overview

We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executives who can identify prospects, generate leads, counsel students, and convert them into enrollments for our training, internship, and mentorship programs.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong persuasion abilities, and a passion for achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other outreach channels.
  • Connect with students, colleges, communities, and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programs.
  • Conduct counselling and program presentations.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until conversion.
  • Maintain CRM records and daily activity reports.
  • Achieve enrollment and revenue targets assigned by the organization.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and clients.
  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.


Daily Expectations

  • Minimum 100 outbound calls per day.
  • Daily outreach through WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Email.
  • Timely follow-ups with all assigned leads.
  • CRM updates and reporting.
  • Active contribution towards enrollment and revenue goals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 6 Months – 3 Years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, Counselling, or EdTech Sales preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
